Rooftop is seeking a passionate, collaborative, and talented leader to oversee the management of our portfolio of around 7,000 homes in the beautiful South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire region.

You will have direct responsibility for leading and managing the Operations directorate that includes Neighbourhoods, Supported Housing, Tenancy Sustainment (including Lettings and Income) Repairs and Maintenance, Facilities and Estates and Customer Experience.

You will also have responsibility for:

 

  • Leading the directorate and ensuring we rise to the challenge of Consumer Regulation across all core customer service functions
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers, developing, and implementing a comprehensive Customer Strategy.
  • Effective consultation with tenants and other customers by driving and developing our new Influencing Framework to strengthen the Customer Voice
  • Delivery of effective customer communication to meet regulatory and customer expectations.
  • Ensuring effective Customer Scrutiny and engagement/influence in service scrutiny and continual improvement.
  • The delivery of rent and service charges in line with Statutory and Regulatory requirements and Group policy.
  • Developing strategic priorities and annual business plans for housing management, responsive repairs, income collection, lettings, and supported housing.
  • Ensuring the repairs service is not only efficient and effective but supports high levels of customer satisfaction and meets both customer needs and budgetary requirements.
  • As a member of the Executive Team, you will be responsible for the delivery of the Corporate Plan, Annual Plan, Business Plan, and company objectives.
