About the role

A key leadership opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring our homes are safe, compliant, and fit for residents.

What you’ll do

  • Lead building safety and landlord compliance across all homes
  • Oversee hazard identification and management (including HHSRS)
  • Own statutory compliance (gas, electrical, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts)
  • Act as (or support) the Accountable Person for higher-risk buildings
  • Provide assurance to the Executive Team and Board
  • Work with colleagues across repairs and assets to ensure hazards are resolved
  • Build strong relationships with residents, regulators, and partners

About you

  • Senior leadership experience in building safety, compliance, or H&S
  • Strong knowledge of the Building Safety Act, housing regulation and HHSRS
  • Experience developing compliance frameworks and managing risk
  • Confident working with Boards, regulators, and senior stakeholders
  • A collaborative, inclusive leadership style

Why join us?

  • A purpose-driven role with real impact on resident safety
  • A supportive, collaborative leadership team
  • Opportunity to shape strategy and influence outcomes

We welcome applications from all backgrounds. If this role interests you, we’d love to hear from you even if you don’t meet every requirement.

A few practical bits

  • You’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • There will be travel across our locations
  • Flexibility is key—we work together to get things done
